Currently in its fourth year, M-IFW has already generated a steady buzz in international fashion circuits. M-IFW has visibly heightened the awareness of Malaysia as a fashion destination and sparked interests in local fashion designers as well as bringing together the key players of the fashion industry under one roof. The inclusion of Islamic Fashion Festival (IFF), the brainchild of Dato'Raja Rezza Shah, in M-IFW aims to promote and draw awareness to Islamic-inspired fashion.

M-IFW's theme for 2007 is "LOVE", and the belief that love can be conveyed through Fashion. M-IFW'07 featuring Trend Asia 2008 will take place on 15 - 18 November at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).

The event at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre will comprise of 5 key elements:

  1. M-IFW Collection Showcase
  2. M-IFW Showroom
  3. Islamic Fashion Festival
  4. M-IFW Luxury Lounge
  5. M-IFA Gala

Venue: Hall 1, KL Convention Centre
M-IFW'07 will be held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (Hall 1). Located right next to the beautiful city parks, the convention centre is centrally positioned in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and is within walking distance from the iconic Petronas Twins Towers, the city's vibrant shopping scene and thriving night life. It is set right in the midst of KL's most animated centre, providing the perfect location for showing the works of the region's young dynamic designers. Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) is easily accessible from all parts of the city by taxi, bus and monorail.
